Grimma
delegation in Leduc. From June 27, 2010 to
July 1, 2010 the Mayor Mathias Berger and 35
delegates from Grimma, Saxony, Germany visited
their partner city Leduc, Alberta and the
Leduc-Nisku Economic Development Authority (EDA). In 2002 the
GCBPAA raised monies for the flood
victims in Grim- ma. For more info about the

Klaus Maier Centre for Autism Services in
obtaining a grant of 1.5 Million Dollars
from
the Government of Alberta to matching the already
raised private donations of 1.5 Million. For

appreciation of our Seniors
who are 65
years and older and who have been members
for 20 years and more, the
board decided that no membership fee is
required and we will only charge the reduced
rate of
$20.00/meal. For Students
(post-secondary) we also waived the
membership fee and they will also receive a
discount meal of $20.00. If you fall
under these categories, and your status has
not been recognized, please contact our treasurer
or any board
member to ensure we have you placed
correctly in our directory.
Members of the GCBPAA
are
encouraged to bring promotional
items to the Dinner Meeting.
